Yes! We officially accept returns. Online purchases can be returned within THREE days from the date order is delivered for a refund for store credit. We do not accept exchanges. Returns are subject to the terms below.
Full price item(s) are the only products eligible for a return. There is a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund once item is returned in unopened packaging and untampered condition.
Claim must be sent to our customer service email with order number, name, billing zip code and reason of return request. Once refund confirmation is sent by customer service, the return address will be sent. Customers are responsible for their own shipping costs.
Return Process, Step-by-step:
- Contact customer service via email to request a return and receive refund confirmation! firstname.lastname@example.org
- Provide order number, full customer name, billing zip, and reason for refund request.
- Please note that any shipping charge paid is non-refundable due to charges going directly to shipping carrier (USPS / UPS).
- Once item is returned back to return address office, all items will be inspected by a third party and approved or declined based off the item(s) condition.
- Once approved, store credit will be issued immediately for item(s). All return store credit will be issued within 24 hours of item(s) being returned to return office.
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ITEM UNLESS YOU CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE FIRST. BECAUSE WE HAVE A THIRD PARTY RETURN OFFICE ADDRESS IS DIFFERENT FROM SHIPPING ADDRESS ON YOUR ORIGINAL PACKAGE.
If you made your purchase using a e-gift card refund will be issued to the original gift card that was used. The refund amount will include only the amount paid by you after any discount or reward credit was applied to the returned item(s).
